We hope you will join us on August 19 for our upcoming Annual Meeting! This year’s meeting will be held at Cooperstown Central School. Each year, this event allows us time to reflect on the
previous year, discuss future decisions for the Co-op and vote on topics.
Registration opens at 5:00 P.M., with our Member Mingle, where members can connect with one another, meet local vendors, and engage with community organizations. Enjoy live local music beforehand to set a welcoming and festive tone. The business meeting will start promptly at 7:00 P.M.
This year, our BBQ Chicken Dinner will be proudly provided by the Hartwick American Legion. A portion of each meal sold will go directly toward supporting the Veterans Memorial Project in Hartwick, NY. This will help them move closer to the completion of this meaningful tribute. To show our appreciation for our veterans, all veterans in attendance and pre-registered are invited to enjoy a free dinner as a heartfelt thank you for their service.
Each membership in attendance will be entered for our raffle prizes. We will draw 10 lucky winners for early Registrations - each will be for a $50 bill credit. We truly hope to see you there!
