We would like to congratulate Logan Lund of Edmeston Central School and John Kennedy of Cooperstown Central School for being selected as the deserving recipients of the Howard S. Marlette Memorial Scholarship. These awards are given annually in memory of Howard Marlette who was an active and well-respected member of the community and served Otsego Electric Cooperative, Inc. for 37 years as Director and President of the Board. The Marlette family and OEC selected these two outstanding young leaders who plan to continue their educations in college next year. Congratulations and we wish you the best of luck!
