Student to Washington D.C.

In the coming months we will be looking for a High School Junior to attend the 2012 legislative rally in Washington, D.C. The next student chosen, along with his or her chaperone, and cooperative delegates will travel to Washington, D.C. on Saturday, April 28, and return on Wednesday, May 2nd.

The student, and chaperone, will accompany cooperative delegates on visits with U.S. Senators and Representatives from New York State. Plenty of time will be reserved for sightseeing in our nation’s capital.

All student applicants must be in the 11th grade and must live in a home served by Otsego Electric Cooperative.

For more information call Mrs. Domion at 607-293-6622.

Applications must be in by March  1, 2012.

This opportunity is made possible by the New York State Rural Electric Cooperative Association, Inc.
